Bea’s Bakery has been a cherished part of Southern California’s Jewish baking heritage for over fifty years. Founded in 1968 by Sol Litwak and his son Jules, the bakery was named after Sol’s wife, Beatrice—affectionately known as “Bea.” Since its inception, Bea’s Bakery has been a comforting symbol of traditional Jewish bakeries in America, delighting the community with timeless treats that bring back cherished family memories and foster a sense of togetherness.
Today, the Baral family proudly carries on this tradition. Led by Grace Baral, Stacie Baral and their dedicated team, Bea’s Bakery has entered an exciting new chapter, blending beloved classics with modern creations. As the menu expands, there’s a treat for everyone in the family, including options for dietary needs like gluten-free and sugar-free items.
